Before you book a garden job

Do you take on domestic gardens?expand_more
Yes. Commercial and public grounds are the core of the business, and domestic work is taken on as well: garden tidy ups, new lawns, fencing, decking, patios and planting.
Can you clear a garden that has been left for a long time?expand_more
Yes. Garden and site clearances are part of the work, and the waste is taken off site and disposed of responsibly rather than piled at the boundary.
What hours do you work?expand_more
On site from 7am to 5pm. Grounds work is weather-led, so if a visit has to move it moves within the week rather than being dropped, and you are told before it happens rather than after.
When can hedges be cut?expand_more
Autumn and winter, once the bird nesting season has finished. Active nests are protected by law and the nesting season runs from roughly March to August, so hedge work is planned around it rather than squeezed in. If something has to be cut inside that window for a genuine safety reason, the hedge is checked for nests first.
